I don't think that's the main issue with either of those. Okay, so I don't know of many complaints with the Pilot, but isn't there a decent amount of hate for the Ridgeline?

I mean I like the Ridgeline. I think people get the wrong idea because of its size. I mean, you wouldn't expect hardcore truck things out of a Baja, so why out of a Ridgeline which was made with the same formula? But I think it could cross over a hit more into the sporty market with a manual and fill a void left by the discontinuation of the Baja.

Would you pay about $5,000 more for a manual? Because it would probably cost Honda about that much to do it.

I dunno. It depends on what else could be thrown in. The car is certainly old enough to recoup any development cost. So if it was a 5000 option up from the base model, but came with all the sport stuff as well as the nicer interior pieces, then maybe.
